1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Goods Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document for both Parties, establishing the Buyer's and Seller's rights, obligations, and responsibilities when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, considering the requirements set by legal acts. The Buyer is informed on the online store's website. The Rules applicable at the time of order submission apply to the Buyer's purchases in the online store.
1.3. The right to purchase in the online store is granted to:
1.3.1. capable natural persons, i.e., persons of legal age whose capacity is not restricted by a court order;
1.3.2. minors from 14 to 18 years of age, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently manage their income;
1.3.3. legal entities;
1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the persons mentioned above.
1.4. By confirming the Rules, the Seller also guarantees that, in accordance with clause 1.3 of the Rules, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed the goods basket in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method, and familiarized themselves with the Seller's rules, clicks the "Confirm Order" button (see clause 5 "Ordering of Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms").
1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the online store by:
2.1.1. registering in this online store - by entering the data requested during registration;
2.1.2. not registering in this online store.
2.2. When ordering goods in the ways provided for in clause 2.1 of the Rules, the Buyer must provide their personal data necessary for the proper execution of the goods order in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, goods delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
2.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer's personal data provided in clause 2.2 be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store, analyzing the Seller's activities, and for direct marketing purposes.
2.4. By agreeing that the Buyer's personal data be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller's online store, the Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for the execution of the goods order be sent to the Buyer's specified email address and telephone number.
2.5. By registering in the online store and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to keep their login details secure and not disclose them to anyone.
3. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules and the procedure established in other information sections of this online store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods purchase and sale contract with the online store by notifying the Seller in writing (by email, indicating the desired item to be returned and its order number) no later than within 30 business days from the date of delivery of the item, except in cases where the contract cannot be withdrawn from in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g., when the contract is concluded for an individual order - sale).
3.3. The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in clause 3.2 of the Rules only if the item has not been damaged or its appearance has not substantially changed, and it has not been used.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
3.5. If the data provided by the Buyer in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
3.6. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer their login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login details, they must immediately inform the Seller by the communication means indicated in the "Contact" section.
3.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these purchase and sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.
4.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the Seller's online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store, or in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding the Buyer's personal information provided in the online store registration form.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. ORDERING OF GOODS, PRICES, PAYMENT PROCEDURE, TERMS
5.1. The Buyer can buy in the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5.2. The contract comes into force from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Confirm Order" button, and after receiving the order, the Seller confirms it - sends a confirmation email to the email address specified by the Buyer.
5.3. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros, including VAT.
5.4. The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
5.4.1. Payment by payment card: The Buyer can pay for the goods using Visa, Mastercard, or other payment cards supported by the online store. Payment is made securely, in compliance with all payment card security standards.
5.4.2. Payment via Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal: The Buyer can choose to pay using these electronic payment systems. Payment is made quickly and securely using the Buyer's accounts in these systems.
5.4.3. Payment by bank transfer (individual/special orders): The Buyer, wishing to pay for an individual or special order, can make a bank transfer to the online store's bank account. The transfer details will be provided to the Buyer after order confirmation.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only after receiving payment for the goods, the formation of the goods parcel begins, and the term of delivery of the goods begins to be calculated.

6. DELIVERY OF GOODS
6.1. The Buyer, having chosen the goods delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods themselves. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods themselves, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of goods to an improper subject.
6.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller's authorized representative (courier).
6.4. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and, moreover, do not apply in cases when the Seller does not have the necessary goods in the warehouse, and the Buyer is informed about the lack of ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods.
6.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violating the terms of delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.6. The Buyer must in all cases immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in damaged or otherwise damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity of them, or an incomplete set of goods.
6.7. In all cases, upon noticing packaging damage during delivery, the Buyer must indicate comments in the shipment delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report on these damages. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer did not note in the courier's goods delivery document.

7. PRODUCT QUALITY, WARRANTIES
7.1. The data of each product sold in the online store are generally indicated in the product description next to each product.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the online store may differ in color, shape, or other parameters from the actual size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

8. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
8.1. Defects in sold goods are eliminated, substandard goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Money for returned goods is in all cases transferred only to the payer's bank account.
8.2. In order to return the item(s) in accordance with clause 8.1 of the Rules, the Buyer can do so within 30 business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller by the communication means indicated in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned item, the order number, and the reasons for the return.
8.3. When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
8.3.1. The returned item must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
8.3.2. The item must not be damaged by the Buyer.
8.3.3. The item must be unused and have not lost its marketable appearance (undamaged labels, protective films not peeled off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a substandard item);
8.3.4. The returned item must be of the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
8.3.5. When returning the item, it is necessary to provide proof of purchase.
8.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer's returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the goods return procedure established in Article 8.3.
8.5. When returning a received incorrect item and/or a substandard item, the Seller undertakes to collect such items and replace them with similar suitable items.
8.6. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Buyer is refunded the amount paid, excluding the delivery price.

9. BUYER'S AND SELLER'S LIABILITY
9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation from the Buyer for direct losses incurred.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed using this online store.
9.3. The registered Buyer is responsible for the transfer of their login details to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by the online store, logging in to the online store using the Buyer's login details, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller is released from any liability in cases where the losses arise because the Buyer, disregarding the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, has not familiarized themselves with these Rules, even though such an opportunity was provided to them.
9.5. If the Seller's online store contains links to online websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained therein or the activities carried out, does not maintain or control those websites, and does not represent those companies and individuals.
9.6. In the event of damage, the guilty Party compensates the other Party for direct losses.

10. MARKETING AND INFORMATION
10.1. The Seller may initiate various promotions in the online store at its discretion.
10.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate warning, change the terms of promotions, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and procedure of promotions is valid only prospectively, i.e., from the moment they are made.
10.3. The Seller sends all messages using the contact methods specified in the Buyer's registration form.
10.4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions using the telephone numbers and email addresses specified in the "Contact" section of the Seller's online store.
10.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive sent informational or confirmation messages due to internet connection or email service provider network disruptions.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. These Goods Purchase and Sale Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
